Nowadasy many china visa holders should meet some problem with their visa. So here I give out some suggestions to them:
1、If you are tourist/L visa holder:
1)Extend it, while it can only be extended twice and one month for each time;
2)Change L to businss visa/F directly in Beijing;
3)Change L to work visa/Z directly in Beijing
2、If you are business/F visa holder:1)Extend it till 15-Sep,
2)Extend it for another 3, 6 or 12month if you meet the requirements
3)Change F to Z directly in Beijing
3、If you are work/Z visa holder:
1)Renew it,
2)Leave China to apply for a new L or F.
4、If you are student/X visa holder:
1)Change it to one month L visa;
2)Leave China to apply for a new L,F to come in.

Now there is one more choice for L visa holders.
You can extend your L for another 3months.

Nowadays visa situation is not good in China expecially in Beijing.
PSB give us a certain quota each month, so if you want to solve your visa problem, you'd better do it at the early days of a month.
