PSB will give out more restrictions next week, these restrictions maily on:
1) F visa extension;
2) L-F visa conversion;
3) L-Z visa conversion;
4) F-Z visa conversion.
Then F visa extension will be difficult; visa conversion no matter L-F, L-Z or F-Z would be impossible or very expensive.

So if you need do visa extension or conversion, you'd better do it before 13.00 of 23-Oct.

If your visa is expirying around China Spring Festival. I suggest you to extend your visa 6 work days before China Spring Festival to make sure you can get back your passport before China Spring Festival.

More restrictions on visa conversion or extension.
Nowadays, L-F conversion and F-F 12-month extension are impossible.
ONLY L-L extension and F-F 6-month extension is possible.
